Refund policy

This policy sets out the procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (return due to change of mind) and the coverage of the Legal Guarantee for products sold by Dreambigger SL (Hashtag Bracelets).

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND)

The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to cancel the purchase without needing to provide a reason.

1.1 Fundamental Exception: Customized Products (0 Days)

According to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Art. 103.c), the right of withdrawal is NOT APPLICABLE to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

IMPORTANT: Bracelets with engravings or designs where the customer selects the text (hashtag) are considered personalized products and ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF RETURN DUE TO WITHDRAWAL (0 DAYS) .

1.2 Withdrawal Period (Only for non-personalized products)

For standard (non-personalized) products, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase. This period will begin from the day you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the last item in the order.

1.3 Return Conditions

For a return of a NON-PERSONALIZED product to be approved, it must:

  1. Be in the same condition as when it was delivered (unused).

  2. Include its original packaging.

  3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. REFUNDS

Once the returned products (non-personalized only) are received and inspected, notification will be made and, if approved, a refund will be issued.

Process and Timeframe

If the refund is approved, the full purchase amount, including the initial shipping costs (the cost of standard shipping), will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw (or from receipt of the goods, if later).

3. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY (3 YEARS)

All our products, including customized ones, are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity, which covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery .

Coverage Period and Legal Basis

The legal guarantee is 3 years from the date of delivery of the product. This three-year period is the minimum requirement established by Spanish legislation (Law 7/2017, of November 2).

Scope of the Warranty (What is covered and what is not)

  • IT IS COVERED: Manufacturing defects, structural failures, or if the product does not meet the advertised characteristics.

  • DOES NOT COVER:

    • Damage caused by improper or negligent use (bumps, falls, pulls, exposure to chemicals, etc.).

    • Normal wear and tear from use (e.g., slight fading or erasure of the bracelet engraving due to daily friction and the passage of time).

Procedure for Defective Products

We only replace or repair products that have a lack of conformity covered by this warranty.

If you require a replacement or repair due to a defect, please contact us via email at info@hashtagbracelets.com. If the defect is confirmed, the product should be sent to: DREAMBIGGER, SL, C/MAYOR, 28, CIF B44531580, 12500 VINAROS, Spain .

4. SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS

To return your product, you must send it to the address indicated above.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product (return shipping costs). These costs are non-refundable .

Shipping Costs for Warranty (Defect): If the returned product has a defect covered by the Legal Guarantee, the return shipping costs will be borne by Dreambigger SL

If you are returning products worth more than €50, we recommend insuring the shipment or using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned product.
